EROS team that must now be satisfied with the position of the 16 have won the match against Team-TecMTY Bogobots, Technologico de Monterrey Mexico by a score of 2-0, WF Wolves team of Ostfalia University of Applied Science, Germany with a score of 2-0 and Tim PlymouthHumanoid of Plymouth University, England with a score of 3-0.
But as a newcomer to the 'Mexico RoboCup 2012' competition, achievement of the team from Indonesia is quite remarkable and has succeeded in overthrowing the two teams (WF Wolves and PlymouthHumanoid) which has for many years participated in the competition. Yet by following the RoboCup competition on an ongoing basis means their research has been around long enough to build robots and intelligence.
Although not as winner in this competition, EROS team still be happy. It is because the robot team undergraduate EROS is a student who is still sitting in the second and third in the PENS, but has managed to compete with the incredible team to face most of whose members are programmable master and doctoral studies. EROS team plans to stay abreast of the competition next year. But with more and better capabilities and a more fiery spirit.
